Beautifully shot, and elegantly collected, I don’t know but it’s not just what I expected. Like Amelie meets the creature from the Black Lagoon meets government conspiracy, all three intriguing to me. But where was he from, why was he here, and how did this shape come to be? Such a beautiful outline to a story, and so well cast across the board. The imagery was gorgeous, but left me wondering what was moving this vast loss forward. I did love when she flipped Shannon off in sign, and she did have one absolutely fantastic line. I kept trying and trying to fall in love with this movie from start to finish, but just didn’t and it left so much on my wish list.
