One whose life was remarkably unforgettable, as in so uniquely authentic and beautiful, intricately nuanced, as a layered enigma that is gorgeously vulnerable and amazingly strong at the same time. One whose very existence disproved the idea of a brain in the vat stuck in the matrix. It simply couldn’t have happened that way. Our flotation devices come in odd shapes and sizes sometimes. And, they make it clear when they do, that we wouldn’t be the same without them.
