I find myself deeply desiring to help foster the tremendously rich sense of community I feel here in Northern Nevada. The Reno/Sparks area (Including Carson City) is not only home to many amazingly talented and hard working creatives and artists, but there is also an extremely authentic gathering of chosen family here within the community. I have, through my personal storytelling modalities of poetry, photography, live theatre, and independent short film, had an abundant level of beautiful opportunities to be a part of this chosen family since I first moved here in September of 2014. I have found a sense of home in this region, and this area and its people have found a home in me. I am so excited to see the growth and creativity with a sense of advocacy and purpose in the years to come!
