I had the fortunate chance today to be tremendously blessed by a private tour of Guinness. People literally all over the world enjoy this very fine company’s craftsmanship, artistry, and meticulously scientific attention to detail. 30 million bubbles in every pint isn’t just a pipe dream, but the actual beautiful reality of their multigenerational influence. I was shown the perfect pour, given the history of the company (including personal anecdotes from Rory Guinness himself who helped lead the tour) and allowed to soak in all five senses of the process alongside master brewer Padraig. I cannot say enough kind things about the company. Even their food was “off the charts” amazing! Thank you again to everyone involved in the memory making today. I will happily remember this special occasion for the rest of my life. Sláinte!!!
