The sisterhood of friends spanned stories and laughter, seasons and years, children of their own, and it spanned the relentless attempts by weak men to tarnish it. It would not be diminished. It would not be tarnished. It would only grow and flourish. It would be passed on and live firmly in the hearts of others.
