~ Arrival ~

We like to feel correct,

We enjoy feeling right,

We want to control and direct,

And subjugate others’ plight. We want to minimize faults of our own, and magnify those around us. Our egos won’t leave well enough alone, and pride continues to confound us. We want to feel we have pedalled long and hard enough, and that now it is our turn to coast. But, as they say, when the going gets tough, that is when we are needed most. We won’t arrive until we are finished. We do not learn all there is to know. Our job is not to make sure others are diminished. Our job is to continue to grow.
