Catch and Release

Staring at the reflection of bird feeders within their bath, soaking in the colors of fall held within a decorative wreath, and encountering fresh bear tracks along the ritual walk all remind me of seizing moments. We have these constant opportunities to invest in each other and the world around us at large. We have these moments begging to be captured so they can give us release. They humbly allow us to find our way home.
